Supporting Your Teachers After Yom Limmud

lightbulb-2
On November 20, 190 individuals from 14 congregations joined us for our annual Yom Limmud conference. On their evaluation forms, we asked them what kind of follow-up to the conference they preferred. Here’s what we learned:
  • 61% would like to talk through some new ideas with their director
  • 33% would like to talk with or observe a colleague who has been successful with the strategy
  • 24% would like to learn more at a staff meeting or professional development session
  • 6% would like their director to observe their class as they put something new into place and then conference about it
As you can see the majority of respondents would like to follow up in conversation with their directors. If you would like some support for following up with your teachers after Yom Limmud or any other professional development you’ve offered, please contact us [link Gloria’s email here].
