Description: This two-part series will explore the why, what and how of Social, Emotional and Spiritual Learning (SESL), focusing on tools and strategies that can be utilized in Jewish classrooms. In these increasingly complex times, Jewish educators try to create community, foster a sense of meaning and purpose, and promote values and virtues for how we relate to ourselves and others. SESL enriches and enlivens Jewish education to meet these goals.
