Description: Caring for the Caregiver: A Support Group for Those Who are Caring for an Aging Family Member

Please join us at 7:30 pm on Thursdays 2/9, 2/16, and 2/23 for an in-person-only* support group. Led by MLRT congregant Susan Haiman, this group will be a safe space to talk, listen, and explore how you, the caregiver, are feeling, as well as learn strategies to find relief from the stress and pressures of being a caregiver to an aging partner/parent/family member. This group will run for three weeks during JDAIM and will expand to run longer if there is a greater need. Susan comes to us with a distinguished career as both a practitioner and associate professor of occupational therapy in mental health. She has earned national recognition as a leader in group and individual interventions. Please contact Cantor Rudnick with any questions.

*This support group will be in person only to maintain privacy and safe space.
