Catherine will describe and unpack the practical steps that she undertook which lead to an effective Boomer engagement strategy, including:
– Moving from planning to program.
– Programs and best practices that have been effective.
– Challenges and opportunities of this effort.
– Collaboration as a strategy to increase effectiveness.

Who should attend? Volunteers and professionals from area congregations and other interested institutions. We suggest that each institution attend as a team. Workshop is intended for members of the Boomer Engagement Network and those considering joining.
