What Keeps you up at Night? Rabbis’ Workshop

Please join Dr. Amy Alfred and Dr. Mark Magerman for a workshop
focusing on the particular challenges of the rabbinate. Bringing their
combined experience of working with rabbis (in leadership development,
team development, executive leadership coaching, and the therapeutic
milieu, etc.), they will explore issues that rabbis struggle with
that may actually be their greatest opportunities for growth.

Come prepared to share your stories about what keeps you up at night,
whether that is managing conflict, administration and leadership
issues, working with difficult congregants, or boundaries that can feel
complicated. We hope this will be an engaging and
enlightening lunch and learn.
